The New York Daily News is reporting that The Writers Guild of America may demonstrate at this years annual Grammy Show in L.A. and if they do, the strike supporters' musical allies may pull out of the show. There are already plans to get Grammy nominees with screen experience (like Beyoncé, Queen Latifah, 50 Cent, Alicia Keys, Fantasia, Fergie, Usher, Justin Timberlake and Prince) to boycott the show. "The writers are especially interested in artists who might perform on the show," a source said. "If they pull out, the show comes apart.", "As of now, the Guild has not taken a position on the Grammys," a WGA spokeswoman said. Nothing is for sure yet, only time will tell.
Nominee's for this year include Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, T-Pain and super producer Timbaland, each with five nominations and Kanye West, who is going up against Amy Winehouse for "Record of the Year" with his third album, Graduation, has earned a total of 8 nominations.
