Lil Wayne will be on Rick Ross new album, "Deeper Than Rap," not once, but twice. We already know that Weezy appears on "Maybach Music 2" with Kanye West and T-Pain but now Rick Ross is saying that Wayne will also be featured on "Valley Of Death." In the new song, Rick Ross disses 50 cent, but there is no word on what Lil Wayne says on the track.
Rick Ross says it was easy to get Weezy for a 2nd song because they are close friends…"Me and Wayne, I got a lot of respect and a lot of love, not only for Lil Wayne, but for Cash Money Records," Ross said. "Those were some of the few dudes that embraced me outside of the music long before the fame and fortune. I always felt it was genuine. Birdman and Slim been coming to Miami for years now. We developed a relationship being in and out of the studios. Anytime I called Wayne for anything — whether it's an album cut or remix — he was just there for me."
As far as the song itself? Ross says " 'Valley of Death,' that concept was just, that's really what it is — every day I get up and live the life that I live. Do the things I do. Move how I move," Ross added. "Walking in the valley of death, I feel my life is on the line every day. It's a 50/50 chance."
