Rappers, Slim Thug and Earl Sweatshirt both say that the reasons that Reebok gave for releasing Rick Ross are diametrically opposed to the reason they signed him in the first place.

Houston, TX rapper, Slim Thug, who shares the Boss moniker with Ross, says that he takes exception to one particular statement that was issues as a part of the reason that the shoe company released Ross.

“Reebok holds our partners to a high standard and we expect them to live up to the values of our brand. Unfortunately, Rick Ross has failed to do so.”

Slim pointed out the fact that Rick Ross has always represented himself as a major drug dealer turned Rapper. He has always rapped about pushing weight. Slim says that Reebok wasn’t concerned with all the dope that Ross claimed to deal, but when the negative publicity came in they became concerned.
