It's confirmed. Mr. Miami, the boss himself, Rick Ross was a correctional officer for 18 months in Florida. TheSmokingGun.com has released records provided by DOC Spokesman Jo Ellyn Ryckleff that showed William Roberts
(Rick Ross' real name) included his social security number and personal
information. Even more information was provided including details from
his graduation from training and his later assignment to the South
Florida Reception Center in Dade County. Rick Ross reportedly left the
job in 1997 when he had a salary of $25,794.34 a year.
