Head of “Maybach Music Group” Rick Ross has announced that his fans will have to wait a little while longer for his “Mastermind” album.
According to Rozay, his latest solo album is almost finished, but it will not be able to make it to its scheduled release for this month.
Rick Ross’ ‘Mastermind’ album was initially set to drop this year on Dec. 17, but the Bawse shares that he’s pushing the album back to a date that hasn’t been revealed. During an interview with DJ Scream on SiriusXM’s ‘Hip-Hop Nation,’ the rapper tells DJ Scream why he chose to delay the project. “I’m still putting the final touches on the album,” he shares. “You know me, making that classic is more important than anything. Making sure the streets are overwhelmed with what I am doing is what is most important. I’m gonna try to get it to you, and if I don’t, I’ll get it to you ASAP.” Ross released the song ‘No Games’ as the lead-in for the project, which serves as the follow-up to 2012?s ‘ God Forgives, I Don’t.’ (The Boom Box)
