Royce Da 5'9 Brings You Street Hop

Detroit's Royce Da 5'9's new album "Street Hop" will be hitting stores early next week. It was announced yesterday Royce signed a new deal with One Records to release the album. "One Records is proud to be in business with Royce,” said the label’s owner, Hanley Halem. “He is an amazing talent and we feel that he has yet to reach his peak as an artist. Street Hop is a breath of fresh air, at a time when the industry really needs it and we are anxiously looking forward to releasing it." The album will be Royce's fourth release after two unproductive deals with Tommy Boy and Columbia Records.
"Street Hop" will be executive produced by DJ Premier plus feature production from Nottz, Green Lantern, Carlos Broady, Ski, Kay Gee, Emile, and of course Premier. Featured rappers on the album will included Bun B, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Crooked I.
Royce will be hitting the road with D-12 and Joe Budden to promote his new album and his recent mixtape. The video for the first single "Shake This" [listen here] will be hitting television soon. Royce recently released two tracks the two tracks "Slaughterhouse" [listen here] and "Onslaught" [listen here] that feature Joe Budden, Joel Ortiz and Crooked I.
