Hip Hop sales continue to be slow as a lot albums from other genres have recently been released (an album from Miley Cirus recently hit stores). Lil Wayne held the top spot for rappers landing at number 5 selling just over 67,000 copies of his album, Tha Carter III. Lead by his single featuring Lil Wayne, "Girls Around The World" [watch here], R&B singer Lloyd debuted his Lessons In Love album at number 7 with just over 51,000 copies sold.

Nas pushed close to another 25,000 copies of his Untitled album, slipping to number 17, to total just over 315,000 sold so far. Other notables include Rihanna who breaks the 1.5 million copies sold mark at number 9 and Usher who is still flirting with platinum status, selling another 15,000 copies of Here I Stand. Plies gets close to Gold status (446,882) with another 13k sold and David Banner breaks a 100,000 after 13K+ was sold.
