Album Sales Charts – Week Ending 4/11
After debuting at #1 last week, Usher, loses his spot to that kid with that stupid haircut Justin Bieber. As Raymond vs Raymond slided to #2 missing the #1 spot by about 10,000 copies, selling 92,000 copies. Next highest in the R&B and Hip Hop genre is Monica who stays solid again this week at #6 moving 38,000 copies. Erykah Badu, Ludacris and BEP all stay in the top 15. Lil Wayne’s Rebirth sold another 15,000 copies making its total sales to 505,000 making it now Gold. The Wu-Tang project with Method Man, Ghostface and Raekwon continued to sell with another 11,000 sold and putting it at #37 for the week.
Shocking sales for the week would be Too Short’s new album Still Blowin that came out this week and failed to crack the top 200. As well DJ Khaled’s Victory is turning out like he prematurely named that album as it slides almost off the charts to #194 with 2,400 copies sold this week, making its total sales 52,000. We Da Best? I dont think so.
