Album Sales Charts – Week Ending June 26th
Eminem and Royce Da 5'9", better known as Bad Meets Evil, are once again the top-selling rappers, despite falling from the number one spot, to sixth. Backed by a ton of features, Pitbull's new "Planet Pit" album debuted this week at number seven while Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday" moved up 8 spots backed by 19% more in sales and Eminem's "Recovery" jumped 12 spots (to 28th) by once again selling more this week than the last (13%).
Wiz Khalifa's "Rolling Papers" drops three spots to 32nd while Rihanna's "Loud" album moves down seven spots with just under twelve thousand copies sold. Tech N9ne's new "All 6s & 7s" album scans 11,225 copies placing him in 42nd while Chris Brown's "F.A.M.E." gained two spots despite selling 3% less than last week. Finishing up this week are the Beastie Boys who had their new "Hot Sauce Committee Part 2" get back into the top 50 (at 49th) with close to ten-thousand copies sold last week.
