Album Sales Charts – Week Ending 7/12

    Michael Jackson continues to own the sales charts taking half of the top 10 spots this week. The Black Eyed Peas drop 2 spots down to 10th while Eminem is the first rapper on the charts (and only in the top 50) with his "Relapse" album all the way down in 17th with close to 35 thousand copies sold.

    On the R&B tip, Maxwell debuts his new "Blacksummersnight" album at number 2 this week with over 300 thousand copies while new Def Jam singer Jeremih continues to do well with another twenty-five thousand units scanned. Beyonce and Ginuwine keep steady only losing one spot each to 38th and 47th.
