Album Sales Charts – Week Ending 8/1
As expected, Eminem is this week's top selling-rapper with another 156+ thousand copies sold of his hit "Recovery" album while Rick Ross drops more than the projected 50%. The Triple C's leader lost 69% in his 2nd week only pushing 58,744 units of his "Teflon Don" album. Drake drops one spot to 5th while the Black Eyed Peas gain 10 spots and Usher keeps his slot at 13th. B.o.B's new album gains 8 spots to 20th with close to 13,000 more copies sold plus Big Boi takes home the 25th spot.
Fat Joe's new "Darkside" album debuts at 30th spot with only 11,180 copies sold, Alicia Keys gains 8 spots to 42nd and The Roots make the top 50 with just over 7,000 copies sold.
