Album Sales Charts – Week Ending August 22nd
Eminem keeps his number one spot on the sales chart for the seventh time in nine weeks as his new "Recovery" album moves past 2.3 million copies sold in the United States alone. The next rapper on the chart is all the way down in 11th (Rick Ross) while Drake is close behind, getting beat by less than two hundred units. Usher drops eleven spots to 30th with another 12,351 copies of his "Raymond vs Raymond" album sold plus B.o.B stays at 32nd with 4% more sales this week, than last.
Bun B's new "Trill O.G." album drops 17 more spots (down to 37th or -26% compared to last week) while Outkast's own Big Boi stays in the top 50 with a 2% increase in sales.
