Album Sales Charts – Week Ending August 21st
Jay-Z and Kanye West's new "Watch The Throne" album is once again the highest selling album despite dropping 60% in sales from it's first week while Jigga's wife Beyonce had her new "4" album stay in the top ten landing in 9th with over twenty-five thousand copies sold. Eminem and Royce Da 5'9" have their new Bad Meets Evil album "Hell: The Sequel" album drop only one spot to 13th while the next notable is Rihanna, backed by a 5% jump in sales from last week, yet landing her all the way down in 35th.
Nicki Minaj has her debut "Pink Friday" album continue to sell with over nine-thousand copies sold gaining 5 spots to 36th, Ace Hood drops 29 spots to 39th with 63% less sales than last week, Eminem keeps his 42nd spot adding almost nine-thousand copies sold to his total plus Pitbull gains one spot to 44th with over 8500 copies scanned. Wiz Khalifa gains one spot to 47th backed by only 5% less in sales while Big Sean is close behind at 48th.
