Lil Wayne once again is the top rapper on this weeks sales charts after he sold another 80,343 copies of his new album Tha Carter III, giving him the double platinum (2,000,000+) status. Nas stayed in the top 10, dropping from 8th to 10th, pushing just over 40,000 copies of his Untitled album. To date the Queens rapper has sold a total of 291,000 copies. G-Unit is struggling to break the 200k mark as they pushed only another 12,833 copies of their Terminate On Sight album.
Other notable artists on this weeks sales chart include Usher at number 23 selling just over 18,000 copies, Plies at number 27 selling 16,431 units and David Banner who dropoped from the 24th spot to number 31 with just over 15,000 copies sold. Finishing up this weeks sales charts, in the 32nd and 33rd spots, are Three 6 Mafia with 14,804 copies sold and Chris Brown with 14,795.
