I rate Pikmin as one of the best titles that Shigeru Miyamoto has released for the GameCube, Pikmin 2 looks set to take it to the next level, Captain Olimar is back on the planet he was originally stranded on in the first game, to try and save his company back home. You now have two-characters to control, which allows you to switch between two while collecting items. The game also has two new breeds of Pikmin large purple Pikmin, and small fast white Pikmin. New features also include Two-player co-op challenge missions and a competitive mode.

Each year EA release a gem in the sports genre Madden NFL 2005 looks set to be no exception it is being released on all platforms but Released exclusively for the PlayStation 2, Madden NFL 2005: Collector’s Edition contains all the features of the regular version, plus a wealth of bonus content. This content includes playable classic versions of Madden from the 16-bit era and two versions from the PlayStation One era; a Madden trivia challenge with more than 1000 questions; Madden Moments, where players can relive the greatest moments of the past 15 seasons; and historical playoff teams from the past 15 years with their authentic uniforms. Also exclusive to the Madden NFL 2005: Collector’s Edition will be bonus video content including footage of The Madden Phenomenon, The Music of Madden, an inside look into how this legendary franchise is made each year from scratch, and more.

I remember playing worms for hours on end on the Amiga well now there back, like the classic Worms games this game features turn-based battles you have to set the trajectory and strength of their shots in order to inflict maximum damage, but there’s a major deterrence from other versions of Worms, it’s in 3D. Old weapons remain such as grenades, bazookas, dynamite and air strikes with plenty of new weapons, each landscape is randomly generated. Worms 3D is a very rare thing an improved classic.
