Slaughterhouse Debut Album Details

Posted By on July 24, 2009

Not much is known about the upcoming Slaughterhouse debut album, until now that is. According to reports, only Pharoahe Monch and Novel will guest appear on the album by the power group composed of Joe Budden, Royce Da 5'9, Crooked I and Joell Ortiz. Both Pharoahe and Novel will provide hooks (on two different songs) while "Woodstock (Hood Hop)" [listen here] a song that had a lot of buzz and featured M.O.P., will not be included on the final tracklist.

Producers for the album include Emile, Streetrunner, Focus and of course DJ Khalil who produced their recently leaked "Cuckoo" [listen here] track. "We stayed true to what we’re known for, but ended up with records that I think radio will fuck with,” Royce said of the group's writing. "It’s definitely not going to just be us kicking verses back to back to back for a whole album," Royce said before finishing with "It’s going to be bigger than people see."
