    Snoop Dogg surprised a group of New Orleans elementary kids yesterday (May 7th) when he showed up at their school to give some words of advice and positive encouragement. [watch here] Snoop was in the big-easy for a concert with Kurupt and Soopafly but visited two local schools before taking the stage.  Big Snoop talkeda bout his troubled past with students and offered them solutions to overcome negative situations.     In related news, Kurupt and DJ Quick are working on a new project called "BlaQKout." In a new video interview [watch here] the legendary DJ and Dogg Pound rapper talk about the new album, which is hitting stores June 9th. "The difference 'BlaQKout' and all the hit records me and Quick worked on, this is nothing like the sound you are used to hearing either one of us on," Kurupt says. [watch here]
