Koch Records has announced a newly formed multi-album joint-venture with Snoop Dogg and Doggystyle Records, where he will release a new album this December.
Following up the success of his Welcome to Da Chuuch mixtape series (of which there have been 7 successful volumes to date), the first release under the new partnership will be Snoop Dogg Presents: Welcome To Tha Chuuch Tha Album.
The new album will feature brand new music from the recently reunited DPG crew (Daz, Kurupt and Snoop Dogg) as well as features from other familiar faces including Nate Dogg, Lady Rage and up-and-comers Tiffany Foxxx, RBX, Soopafly, Half-Dead, Mira-Mira and Mykestro.
Los Angeles radio stations, Power 106 and KDAY, have already begun to spin one of the album’s cuts, “Real Soon”, which features Snoop alongside Kurupt and Daz.
In other Snoop Dogg news, the rapper has also created the Snoop Youth Football league. The SYFL is a youth football league aimed at kids who otherwise couldn’t afford to play in other organized youth leagues.
Additionally, Snoop Dogg is preparing launching a new shoe line with Pony International called Doggy Biscuitz.
“Pony is committed to matching Snoop’s high standards in everything we do under this incredible partnership and it is clear by his exclusive commitment to us that he has confidence in our ability to do so,” said Killick Datta, Pony’s Chief Executive Officer.
