Soulja Boy Denies Being On Probation

As we previously reported, back in February multiple stories hit the web reporting that Soulja Boy got probation for his party in a video shoot incident that took place at a abandoned house, but the teenage rapper now says that simply isn't true. "I just want to let everybody know that I didn't get probation. That was like a news blast that was everywhere," Soulja Boy said on the red carpet of a BET event. "I know there's like 12 months probation going around, but I just want to let all my fans know that I ain't got no record. I ain't got no probation or nothing."
It was reported that Soulja Boy was one of fourty people who fled the scene when the police showed up at the video shoot responding to complaints by neighbors. "I did go to court, but I just had to pay a fine so I'm not on probation," he says. According to reports, Soulja Boy appeared in court and was ordered to pay a $1000 fine.
