Suge Knight & Kanye West Battle In Court

It looks like Marion "Suge" Knight and hit rapper slash producer will fight it out, in court. As we previously reported, Suge is suing Kanye along with the club he was in for injuries he got during a party Kanye threw. After four years, Suge says that Kanye and the "Shores Club" failed to provide security to keep out people with weapons. Suge says he had a medical bill of over $200,000 but he is seeking over a milli from the two. "He's an icon in the music industry. He walks in a room and he lights it up," Brumer said. "He had an expectation of security there. How someone came with a gun into a very VIP party, that just doesn't meet the smell test in life." U.S. District Judge Patricia Seitz has scheduled a Dec. 6 trial date in Miami," says Marc Brumer (Knights lawyer).
