Suge Knight Get's Off, For Now Anyway

The battery and drug charges against Suge Knight have been dismissed. The charges stemming from an alleged altercation with Suge's girlfriend in Las Vegas were dropped because a "lack of production in discovery and the failure of witness to be subpoenaed" meaning no one wanted to snitch on Suge.
The Las Vegas judge told prosecution they could go forward with their case without any witnesses but the prosecution chose to dismiss the charges instead. TMZ is reporting the alleged victim (Suge's ex girlfriend), was in court and the judge told the prosecution could re-file the case.
Suge told TMZ "God is good, and I've got the best two lawyers in America. Happy holidays" but it might not be totally a happy season as the prosecution now has decided to take the case to a grand jurry. "The grand jury will consider favorable evidence in regard to Mr. Knight, and we look forward to it" Mr. Chesnoff told TMZ.
