Shawnna Leaves DTP; Signs With T-Pain

Long time Disturbin' Tha Peace artist Shawnna has reportedly left Ludacris and his label to team up with Auto-Tune king, T-Pain and his Nappy Boy Entertainment. During a live concert at the Illinois homecoming event, T-Pain broke the news to the crowd. "I decided to do it and I just signed somebody else from Chicago," Pain explained. "But I ain't go nothing else to say. Let's go." After making his statement, Shawnna came on stage and the two performed "Get In Tune Stupid" together. In related news, there were rumors goin garound earlier this month that both T-Pain and Shawnna were working on a new deal. T-Pain leaked a track called "Dope," from his upcoming "RevolveR" album that featured Chicago's own Shawnna. Shawnna has been a long-overlooked female rapper on DTP.
