T-Pain Goes Country, Works On Album With Lil Wayne

T-Pain is going country, kind of. T-Pain recently told E! news that he plans to record with country singer, Tim McGraw. “We talked about getting in the studio together, so that's probably going to happen soon. I definitely think we could do something cool and different." McGraw already paired with Nelly four years ago for "Over And Over" and reportedly recorded recently with Chris Brown.

T-Pain says the collaboration won't mainly hip hop saying "the hip-hop has been done with Tim and Nelly, so we gotta be more country than hip-hop." T-Pain says he originally wanted another country singer but "I heard he was a racist," T-Pain said.

In related news, T-Pain is currently on tour with Lil Wayne and Keyshia Cole. With a collab album with Weezy coming next year called "T-Wayne" Pain says "We're going to actually work on that on the tour. We're not going to really start working on it until we've actually got time to sit down and get together. I've got a studio on my bus. So we're going to collab in that studio."
