T.I. Talks SLU With Kanye West, Jay-Z & Lil Wayne, Preps His Paper Trail

A new song from T.I.'s upcoming album Paper Trail, hit the internet this past weekend and it's cause a lot of buzz. "SLU (Swagger Like Us)" [listen here] features Jay-Z, Lil Wayne and it's producer, Kanye West. “He said that it was his first beat that he’d done since the untimely passing of his mom,” T.I. told SOHH, continuing, “He said it was the first beat that he went in the studio to do. I just happened to be the beneficiary of it.” [listen here]. Kanye sampled M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes" to create the new song that T.I. described as “one of the hottest beats of the year if not the hottest beat of the year" [listen here]
Paper Trail, that hits stores on Setember 30th, will also feature tracks produced by Just Blaze, Drumma Boy, Swizz Beatz, Danja and DJ Toomp. Guests for the album include Usher, Rihanna and Justin Timberlake.
