Well after a year of serving the public good, T.I. is scheduled to report to federal prison today in Forrest City, Arkansas. A roadblock has been set up around the prison awaiting TIPs arrival, which is set to by by noon. T.I. will not be receiving any special treatment once he is incarcerated despite his celebrity says Traci Billingsley, a spokeswoman for the U.S. federal prison system.
TIP was sentenced to a year (and a day) behind bars but will be eligible for an early release if he displays good behavior (reportedly around 10 months). After T.I. gets out he will have to serve two more months on house arrest plus an additional 470 hours of community service and of course be on probation for three years.
