'07
will surpass all expectations. This year I
plan on setting the bar extremely high," said T.I.  "Nothing like
what you're used to.  The tour is evolving and becoming more
mature.  We are going to go hard.  I guarantee it will be the
tour of the summer and you can bet the house on that."

Ciara is
headlining SCREAMFEST '07 in
continued promotion of her platinum-selling sophomore release,
Ciara: The
Evolution
, which features the top-charting singles,
"Promise" and "Like A Boy" and her new single "Can't Leave 'Em Alone"
featuring 50 Cent.

"This is my second time being a part of the
SCREAM and I must
say that it feels bigger and better this year," said Ciara.  "I am
very excited about the lineup. It's the hottest names in music and I can
guarantee that fans will be excited as well. Expect a lot of energy on
this tour and expect to hear hit after hit after hit!"

The concert
will also feature Grammy nominated and platinum selling rapper
Yung
Joc
, who drops his second album Hustlenomics on August
28, along with hit-maker T-Pain, who
recently released his sophomore album Epiphany, which
debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts. Rounding out the featured acts is
R&B sensation and heartthrob Lloyd, who's set
to perform his hit single, "Get It Shawty." The tour producers have also
confirmed that there will be other special guest performers in cities
