Travis Barker Sues Over Plane Crash

Travis Barker is now suing over the recent plane crash he and DJ AM were involved in. Barker has filed a $25,000 negligence suit against the companies involved including the the Clay Lacy Aviation and Goodyear Tire. "One or more of the tires failed," the suit states, "Leaving tire debris and portions of airplane components along the 8,600 foot runway."
As we previously reported, Travis Barker and DJ AM were the sole survivors of a plane crash in September that claimed the lifes of four people including Barker's cousin. While attempting to take off from the Columbia, SC airport, the jet crashed causing Barker and AM to jump from the burning plane in order to survive.
