Usher Buys Justin Bieber A Range Rover
According to TV over in the United Kingdom, Usher bought up & coming 16 year-old singer Justin Bieber a car for his recent birthday. "I was in L.A [for my birthday]. I went to L.A. first and I had a party out there for all my friends and stuff and then we went to Toronto and had a family party up there," said Bieber. "[Usher] helped buy me a car. He bought me a Range Rover. I can drive."

vs Raymond" album on March 30th and according to rapper Nicki
Minaj, his new "Lil Freak" video will help put the singer
back in the spotlight with the ladies. "The video is freaky. And it's a
great concept, a great story line," Nicki told MTV News. "And it's a

described the premise as being similar to the "Saw" movies. "It felt
