Long-time Wu-Tang clan member Raekwon recently announced his plans to release not one, but two new albums this year. According to Raekwon, the two new albums will be solo projects. "O I forgot my announcement on jan 1st to give yall so ima tell ya now! "I WILL BE DROPPIN 2 ALBUMS THIS YEAR!" Rt this crack….," he wrote over the weekend on his twitter account. "@ghanie nah solo records @agthekid ill deliver trust me!" In related news, Raekwon released a new song today featuring Junior Reid and Tony Nova. The new track "Run" isn't full of controversy like "Break To Build," from Benzino which Raekwon was featured on. That song was a Royce Da 5'9 diss song which Raekwon says he had no part of.
In further related news, Raekwon recently told his fans that he had a big announcement to make. "Like I said, we about to make a great big, big announcement," he explained in a video, "you know what I'm saying? January 1st. Super, super big. Even though that's a big one right there — for myself, we staying busy, staying working." The Wu-Tang member also recently thanked all of his fans in a new video blog.
