Young Buck Plans To Sue The IRS

Young Buck says he plans to sue the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). According to the local NBC affiliate, WSMV-TV Nashville, Buck is suing the iRS over a raid they did on his property back in August. As we previously reported, federal agents raided his home after he failed to make delinquent tax payments totaling about $300,000. The agents seized and took everything from jewelry and furniture to his platinum plaques and recording equipment.
Claiming that the government's actions hurt his ability to make money and ultimately pay off his debts, Young Buck would have had his items auctioned off yesterday but his lawyer was able to stop it just in time. Buck also said back in August that he plans to sue 50 Cent and G-Unit records but as of now neither party have done so.
