Young Jeezy is aware of our current economic state and wants to help out. Over the weekend, Jeezy rented Metro Lanes and Games and gave away backpacks, clothing, sneakers and school supplies to about 350 students in need [watch here]. Sponsored by 8732 Clothing, Brand Jordan, Nike, Akademiks and more, the packages were given to the kids who came to the event.
“I just wanted to do something, that would give back to the community before I left, because I'm going to be done and by the time I get back they're already going to be in school,” Jeezy said. “ So I just reached out to a gang of sponsors. Brand Jordan, to everybody, CTE, to everybody, just to give back.” [watch here]
