Bow Wow uses Facebook to address the recent court ruling in a lawsuit in which former French Porn Star Celine Tran (a.k.a. Katsumi) was awarded $79,000 in a suit against him for unauthorized use of video footage of her dancing.

According to Tran, Bow Wow used video footage of her dancing in the video for “Drank In My Cup”

According to the rapper, he did not shoot the video and it is not his song. He says that the video in question was a mashed song that someone put on YouTube and he simply reposted it because he liked it.

“Yo! That dumb a** porn star chick who ever she is aint [sic] getting a dime from us! We aint make no video. That video was mashed up by somebody on Youtube and i reposted cuz it was dope. People mash up artist videos all the time online. Everybody looking for a hustle. Then they tryna say drink in my cup is my song. That aint my song u dumb braud! Get a life. I dont play dem games. N*ggas work too hard to give away free money.”

What Bow Wow is referring to is the fact the song was originally released by Warner Brothers Records artist Kirko Bangz.

Bow Wow’s statement that she is not getting a dime is not clear in confirming whether he plans on appealing the court’s ruling on the matter.
