Man Charged In The Death of Usher’s Stepson Pleads Not Guilty

According to recent reports, Jeffrey Siman Hubbard, the man that has been charged in the death of Usher’s stepson has pled not guilty to charges that have been brought against him concerning the death of the young child.

Simon has been charged with homicide by vessel in the first degree, in relation to the death of Usher’s eleven year old stepson.

It was earlier this month that Hubbard was charged for his involvement in the death of Kile Glover on July 6th of last year.

According to a report by the Gainsesvilletimes.com, Hubbard also pled not guilty to a number of other charges, including reckless operation of a vessel, boat traffic violations, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, and serious injury by vessel.

If Hubbard is convicted of the most serious charge of homicide by vessel, he would face a minimum of three years in prison with the possibility of spending as much as 15 years in prison.
