Young Thug is being sued after he got paid to record ONE verse for a rap contest winner, but he never showed up to the studio to record anything. According to TMZ, a lawsuit was filed by WeThePlugg.com claiming they paid Thugger $5,000 last year as a down payment to get him to hop on a track.
The website had a contest where the winner would get a chance to record a song with Thug. The company was going to pay him another $10K to get the verse from him, but a rep for WeThePlugg says when they reached out to Thug’s manager, they were told he was not interested in the project anymore.
The website is suing to get their $5k down payment and damages.
